The following procedure applies for all Grace College Admissions :

    1. Application

      An application form needs to be completed and submitted with an application fee of R300 for each child.

      • On application the following documents must be included :
      • Copy of Birth Certificate / Passport Copy of last School Progress Report


    1. Entrance Examsbadge

      In the case of Grade 8 pupils, an entrance exam must be written. The exam includes the testing of English and Mathematics skills. These exams may be written at the local Primary School as arranged and scheduled by Grace College in consultation with the respective schools or may be written at Grace College at a time set up with the admissions secretary.

      In the case of pupils entering Grades 9-12, the headmaster will base his acceptance on the presentation of recent school reports.

 

    1. Interview with Headmaster
      All applicants and parents are interviewed by the Headmaster prior to acceptance.


    1. Admission
      On verbal acceptance, the parents / legal guardians must complete the registration documents provided and must then pay the non-refundable Development Levy of R4000 within 30 days of acceptance to secure the learner's place.


  1. Acceptance
    Once all registration documents have been received and the development levy paid, a letter of acceptance will be sent to parents. Thereafter the relevant documentation needed for school entry will be provided.

Parents are welcome to arrange a brief tour of the school by a staff member or member of the Marketing Team. An information appointment may be set up with the Headmaster should parents wish to enquire more about the school prior to the application process.
