The allocation will be made at the discretion of the School Finance Committee, where in the opinion of the committee the parents and/or the pupil are seen as "deserving" of a bursary allocation.

Only applications submitted by the predetermined due date (31 October) on the prescribed application forms will be considered. Parents must include all the necessary information and documentation requested.

A maximum bursary of R5000 may be allocated to a pupil in the school.

The bursary allocation may only be granted for one (1) financial year and for a maximum of three years. The allocation will ordinarily be reduced each subsequent year of allocation.

Bursaries may not be allocated to pupils where school fees are in arrears. School fees must bepaid up before a bursary allocation can be received.

All pupils, especially those who do receive bursaries, are expected to be fully involved in the life of the school.
