The medium of all instruction at Grace College will be English at a 1st language level. Afrikaans or Zulu 2nd additional language (with the exception of immigrants) will be offered to all pupils and will be a requirement for the matriculation qualification.

Admission into Grace College requires a proficiency in English at the prescribed entrance test level. The proficiency expectations include both verbal and written skills.

The school will offer French as a third language to grade 8 and 9 pupils. Should there be a sufficient demand, French will be offered to Grade 10 pupils as an elective subject for matric.
